Michael Fritz

Michael Fritz is a business consultant in Calgary, Alberta specializing in designing and implementing data analysis and reporting solutions. During the past 20 years, his consulting and business skills have developed through a variety of roles in system implementation, training, support, project management and sales. Prior to founding GRID Dynamics Inc. in 2005, Michael spent 9 years implementing CAD/CAM solutions in Canada and the UK. Michael's experience includes 3 years working in a corporate PMO, as well as several years working with a Calgary-based management consulting firm, overseeing all aspects of introducing work coordination solutions to private and public sector. Michael graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1988 with a diploma in Computer-aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM).

Robin McKinney

Robin McKinney is a business consultant in Calgary, Alberta specializing in business data analysis and information technology. During the past 35 years his consulting and business skills have developed through a variety of roles including sales, marketing, hardware/software development, infrastructure implementation, and project implementation. Prior to becoming a partner in GRID Dynamics, Robin worked for Hewlett-Packard; co-founded and built a Western Canadian technology reseller; designed and deployed offshore navigation systems for the Oil and Gas industry as well as the Canadian and US Coast Guards; led software development and support teams and has held various executive positions. Robin graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a (Honors) diploma in Electrical and Electronics (Digital Electronics /Control Option).
